What to
bring:
- -Comfortable clothing.
- -Cushion or yoga mat for sitting on the floor. You have the option to meditate in the floor or sit in a chair.
- -You participate actively with the construction of a common altar. Bring items that are appropriate like flowers, a piece of fruit, candles, stone, object of beauty or something that represents your energy.
- -Water to drink. We will offering an Indian menu for $10.00. Please bring exact change.
